Asian Pork Bowl

You all have been loving and asking for the simple recipes so here is another one (15 mins to make)! Ingredients: 1lb Ground Pork, 4 Cloves Garlic (minced), 2t Ginger, 3/4lb Coleslaw Mix, Sesame Seeds, S&P to taste, Thai Dragon Spice (optional). Sauce: 3-4T Soy Sauce, 1T Hoisin Sauce, 1t Sesame Oil. Cook the pork and drain. Add the garlic, ginger, and coleslaw mix and cook for 5 mins. Mix the sauce together and add to the pork. Serve over rice topping with sesame seeds and and other spices you would like! Enjoy!

Cook the ground pork and drain any excess fat. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and coleslaw mix to the pan with the pork and cook for 5 minutes. In a separate small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil to create the sauce. Add the prepared sauce to the pork and coleslaw mixture, stirring to combine. Serve the Asian Pork Bowl hot over rice. Top with sesame seeds and any other desired spices like Thai Dragon Spice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
