Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. For the salmon: Melt 1/2 stick of butter and add 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 1 tablespoon dried parsley, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Spread this mixture over the 1.25lb King Salmon and bake for approximately 20 minutes (depending on thickness) or until golden brown. For the asparagus: Add the bunch of asparagus to a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. For the parsley red potatoes: Cut the 1.5lb baby red potatoes and boil until tender, about 25 minutes. Drain the water, then add 1/2 stick of butter and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley to taste. Enjoy!
