For the marinade, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, 2 tablespoons of oil, and minced garlic. Add the salmon filets to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 3 hours. Once you are ready to grill, remove the salmon and heat the remaining marinade in a pan until it thickens to a consistent sauce. Before placing the salmon on the grill, brush some oil on it to prevent sticking. Grill the salmon to your desired doneness. Once you flip the salmon to skin side down, baste it with the reduced marinade. Coat the salmon again with the marinade just before serving. Enjoy!
