Preheat the oven to 425. In an oven safe skillet, melt the butter and honey. Season with salt,pepper, and cayenne and simmer for 2 minutes. Toss in the carrots and coat in the sauce. Add to the oven for 20 minutes. *optional, heat on the stove to char them up a little* Enjoy!!
