For the meatballs: Mix the ground beef, garlic powder, ground ginger, panko, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Form the mixture into balls. Cook the meatballs with oil in a pan until browned and cooked through. For the sauce: In a separate pan, combine 1 cup of soy sauce, oyster sauce, sake, and brown sugar. Heat in the pan to thicken. Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them over with the sauce. Enjoy!
