Mix the dry seasonings and oil for the marinade. Once ready, heat an oven safe skillet and sear the chicken for 3 minutes per side. Remove add oil and cook the shallot for a few minutes. Then add the garlic, and the uncooked rice. Stir in the tomato paste. Add the tomatoes and broth. Season with S&P, stir, and bring to a simmer. Add back the chicken, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
