Add the sauce ingredients (Water, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Rice Vinegar, Starch, Garlic Powder, Ground Ginger, Red Pepper Flakes, Honey) to a bowl, stir, and heat in a sauce pan until it thickens. Remove from heat and let cool. Dice the chicken and add to a ziploc bag. Pour over half the sauce and marinate. Skewer the marinated chicken and grill until cooked through. Baste with the remaining sauce when done. Serve with rice, edamame, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
