Boil your noodles. Mix the sauce. Add the oil to a wok and cook the chicken, peppers, and garlic. Season with a little salt and pepper and push to half the pan when done. Add the eggs and scramble. Add in the noodles, sauce, sprouts and peanuts. Toss and heat the sauce for 2 mins.
