Mix fry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, then combine together. Let rest so the batter thickens (add more flour as needed for desired thickness!) In a skillet, melt the butter and cook the apples for a few minutes until a little soft. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon, mix and cook until syrupy.
