Combine 1.5C BBQ sauce, adobo sauce and chipotle pepper in a bowl. Mix the paprika, salt and pepper together and rub on all sides of the meat. Pour out the bbq mixture in the bottom of a crock pot, add the onion, then the pork shoulder. Top with the remaining bbq and cook on low for 8 hours, until pull apart tender. Shred, and add back to the bbq for another hour. Top with slaw and eat!
