Weekday winner and easy summer grilling recipe! This one pops with the sweet and sour combo from the honey and lemon. A definite must try! We served with cooked rice and edamame!

For the chicken marinade: Mix chicken breast, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 juiced lemon, 1/2C soy sauce, 1T rice vinegar, and 1/4C olive oil. Marinate for at least 3 hours. Heat the grill and cook the chicken through until fully cooked. For the sauce: Heat 2T olive oil and cook the minced 3 cloves of garlic. Then add the zest and juice of 1 lemon, 1/4C soy sauce, 4T butter, 1t onion powder, 1T sesame oil, salt, pepper, 1/4C honey, and red pepper flakes. Heat for 3-5 minutes until combined and slightly thickened. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and sprinkle on some sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy!
