In a bowl add the flour, pepper, and meat, combine. In a Dutch oven (@madein) heat the oil, add the beef, brown all sides and remove. Add the wine and red wine vinegar and deglaze the pan. In goes the meat, broth bay leaves simmer and then cover for 1.5 hours. Add the onion and carrots, cook for 10 mins. Then the potatoes and a pinch of salt, cook for 30 more. If you’d like, add the garlic powder, one final stir m, and dish it up! Enjoy!!
