In a pan, add the oil and chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook through and remove. Add more oil and cook the mushrooms and water Chestnuts until soft. Mix the chicken back in and pour over the sauce. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Boil your noodles and build the lettuce wraps!! Enjoy!
