Cut the beef (or chicken) into strips. Add to a pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook through. Remove the cooked meat from the pan. Add the bell pepper to the same pan and cook. Add the beef back to the pan, then mix in fajita seasoning and some water. Finish heating the mixture. To build your QuesaFajita: Spread refried beans on a tortilla, add shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and then the steak/fajita mixture. Fold the tortilla. Heat the assembled QuesaFajita in a pan until browned and melty. Enjoy!
