For the chocolate pastry: Add chocolate to the center of the puff pastry dough. Cut strips down each side and fold over the chocolate. Baste with some melted butter. For the cinnamon rolls: Mix 1 stick of butter, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon together. Spread this mixture evenly on the puff pastry dough, then roll the dough up and cut into individual rolls. Bake all pastries at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Top with powdered sugar and icing before serving.
