First, cut two chicken breasts into cubes. Coat them with salt and pepper, then dip into an egg and roll in panko breadcrumbs. Bake the panko-crusted chicken for 20 minutes at 400°F (200°C). While the chicken bakes, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, and 1 tablespoon sriracha. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Once the chicken is baked, add it to the simmering sauce and coat thoroughly. Serve the sticky garlic chicken immediately with rice and edamame.
