In your Dutch oven, heat the oil, cook the mushrooms and remove. In goes the butter and beef, cooking to no longer pink. Add the onions, garlic, flour, salt, pepper, paprika and cook for 2 mins. Pour in the wine and scrape any bits off the bottom of the pan. Bring the beef broth to a simmer, and the pasta and mushrooms and cook til Al dente. Stir in the sour cream and eat!
