Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps!

1. Chop two chicken breasts, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1/2 cup water chestnuts, and 1 onion into small pieces. 2. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chopped chicken until done. Remove the chicken from the pan. 3. In the same pan, cook the chopped mushrooms, water chestnuts, and onion until tender. 4. Add the cooked chicken back to the pan with the vegetables. 5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients: 3 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons sriracha, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon sugar. 6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables mixture in the pan and simmer until the sauce has thickened. 7. Serve the mixture in lettuce leaves with some rice noodles. Enjoy!
