Mix the ingredients, heat a pan with oil, season the salmon with salt and pepper. Place the salmon skin side up, cooking for 4-5mins to get a nice sear. Flip. Pour over the sauce, continue to spoon of the salmon and remove when cooked to your liking! Coat the sliced shallots in the flour mixture. Heat the oil and butter. Cook til golden brown. Combine and eat!
