Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta to Al dente. Mix the sauce together (soy, broth, hoisin, sugar, red pepper flakes). Cook the beef, then add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute, pour in the sauce. Cook for 2 minutes and add the noodles. Tops and eat!
