Garlic Butter Shish Kebabs

Delicious steak kebabs featuring marbled USDA filets, organic mushrooms, savory potatoes, and lots of garlic, all basted with a rich garlic butter. A high-quality meal for the family.

1. Wash and slice your potatoes, slice the onion, cut the steak into 1.5” cubes, and wash the mushrooms. 2. Add steak cubes, mushrooms, and some onion slices to a skewer. Drizzle them with olive oil and season well with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 3. Heat up the grill and cook the skewers for 4 minutes per side (8 total) until the steak reaches desired doneness. Remove from grill. 4. For the potatoes, add them to a pan with a bit of oil or butter. Season with salt and pepper. About halfway through cooking, add any remaining onion that wasn’t used on the skewers. Cook until tender. 5. For the Garlic Butter, mince 4 cloves of garlic and melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a small pan. 6. Once melted, roast the minced garlic for 1 minute in the butter. Remove from heat immediately and stir in the chopped fresh parsley. 7. Baste the cooked skewers generously with the garlic butter before serving and enjoy!View original recipe
