20 Minute Chicken Lo Mein

By now you know I am always looking for those quick weeknight meals. Even when we are busy I always prefer home cooked and this one can be put together with any veggies you have lying around!

What you need

bunch snap peas
mushrooms
tbsp honey

tsp sriracha hot sauce

tbsp soy sauce

clove garlic clove

tsp sesame oil

oz ground ginger

oz pasta

carrot

lb chicken
Instructions
First, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ground ginger, and sriracha to create the sauce. Cook the chicken in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Remove the chicken from the pan. Boil pasta or rice noodles according to package directions. In the same pan, cook the vegetables (mushrooms, carrot, sugar snap peas, and any other veggies you have). Add the cooked chicken and noodles back into the pan with the veggies. Pour the prepared sauce over everything and mix it all together until well combined. Enjoy!View original recipe
