What you need
tsp salt
andouille sausage
tsp garlic salt

pepper

shallot

lime zest

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp olive oil
tbsp cooking oil

yellow bell pepper
fresh basil leaves

frozen corn

cup sour cream
cup mayonnaise

Instructions
For the Andouille Sausage Skillet: In a pan, add some oil and cook the sliced andouille sausage. After about 3-5 minutes, remove the sausage. In the same pan, cook the red pepper, yellow pepper, shallot (if using), and zucchini (if using) until tender-crisp. Add the seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic salt, red pepper flakes) and the cooked sausage back to the pan with the vegetables, along with the frozen corn, and reheat everything together. Serve the skillet mixture over fried potatoes. For the Crema: Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 8 basil leaves, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper, and lime zest. Mix all ingredients thoroughly for the crema and chill before serving.View original recipe
