What you need

clove garlic clove

tbsp butter

cup monterey jack

cup cheddar cheese

tsp salt & pepper

lb ground beef

tbsp taco seasoning

jalapeno

oz pasta

oz canned diced tomatoes

cup milk
Instructions
In a skillet, cook the ground beef. While cooking break into chunks and season with salt and pepper. Drain the grease and add the butter, garlic, and jalapeno. Cook for 1 minute and add the ingredients up to the pasta and cheese (beef broth, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, whole milk). Stir, bring to a boil, and add the pasta. Cover and cook until pasta is al dente. Stir in 1C of each cheese. Then top with more. Enjoy!View original recipe
