What you need

1 sourdough bread

1 bacon

1 pear

1 oz gruyere
Instructions
1 Cook the bacon to your liking 2 Sliced the pears or apples. (I like them pretty thin, but you can slice them to your preference.) 3 Shred the cheese. 4 Butter the bread and make sure to place it on the pan butter side down. 5 Build the sandwich. Some cheese, then bacon, more cheese, then fruit, more cheese, then the top piece of bread. This will hold it all together! 6 Cook on a griddle until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is ooey gooey! 7 Enjoy!View original recipe
