Andouille Sausage Skillet

This one is so darn easy and so darn good. My kids have been pickier with their food choices lately, and they ate this one up (including the green beans)!!

What you need

green beans

salt

garlic

unsalted butter
fingerling potato

black peppercorn

garlic powder
pork sausage
Instructions
Add the oil and heat the pepper flakes. Once hot, add the beans. Cook for 4 minutes until they start to blister, add the garlic and water. Cover and simmer for about 2 more minutes. Remove when done. Warm the butter and oil. Add the potatoes and season with the salt, pepper and garlic. Cover for 5 minutes. Then cook uncovered for 5-7 more. Remove when done Use the remaining oil from the potatoes or add more. Add the andouille and S&P to taste. Cook till browned. Add back the potatoes and beans. Enjoy!!View original recipe
