Asian Garlic Steak Skewers

If you haven’t figured it out yet, I love Asian/Chinese food. And especially trying different variations of it. This one turned out great so I highly recommend! We served it over rice with a side of edamame (shocker!)

What you need

oz sesame seed

red onion

lb sirloin steak

cup soy sauce
cup vegetable oil

cup sesame oil

cup sugar

clove garlic clove
Instructions
Cut the steak into 1/2”-1” pieces. Slice the onion. In a bowl mix everything except for the sesame seeds and green onion. Place the meat and red onion in a ziploc and pour over the marinade. Mix and marinate for at least 4 hours! Add the meat to skewers and grill to liking. Pour the sauce in a pan and reduce to a glaze. Once the meat is cooked, baste with the glaze, top with seeds and green onion!View original recipe
