What you need

tsp dried rosemary

grape tomato

pinch black peppercorn
pinch salt
garlic

tsp dijon mustard
tbsp honey

cup olive oil

lb beef filet

cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions
In a bowl, add the balsamic, oil, honey, Dijon salt, and pepper. Cut you beef into 1” chunks and add to the mixture. Marinade for at least an hour. Add the tomatoes, oil, rosemary, S&P to a bowl and mix. Boil the potatoes for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender. Add everything to skewers, grill, and eat!!View original recipe
