What you need

pepper
mushrooms

potato

clove garlic clove

onion

cup soy sauce

cup balsamic vinegar

lb beef

tbsp olive oil

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
Add every ingredient up to the onion in a bowl, mix and marinate for 4 hours. Cook the onion and mushrooms in a pan, season with salt and pepper, and remove once golden. Add the beef with the sauce and cook for 10 minutes. Add back the onions and cook until tender (I did about 6 more minutes). Serve over mashed potatoes!View original recipe
