What you need

oz cheese

oz chipotle chili powder

corn tortilla

chipotle in adobo

cup mayo

oz cotija cheese

pinch pepper

pinch salt

cup sour cream

jalapeno pepper

tsp paprika

cup Crema Mexicana

cup corn

cup bbq sauce

cup beer
lime
chicken breast

onion
tbsp fresh garlic
Instructions
In a Crock Pot: Combine chicken breasts, chopped onion, diced chipotle peppers in adobo, paprika, salt, pepper, BBQ sauce, and beer. Cover and cook at 350 for 3 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Add shredded meat and cheese into corn tortillas. Roll the tortillas and coat with oil. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes at 425 degrees! For the Crema: Combine sour cream, mayo, minced garlic, the juice of 1 lime, and salt to taste. For the Elote Corn: Combine corn, diced jalapeños, crema, cotija, and chipotle chili powder.
