Beef Short Ribs
Serves 230 mins prep40 mins cook
This recipe can be used for so many things, eat them as is and serve with some mashed potatoes, add them in Lasagna, make some delicious sandwiches, or even stuff some hash browns. Whatever you decide to do, it will be amazing with these ribs!

What you need

tsp black peppercorn
cup beef broth

rosemary

garlic

tsp salt
lb short ribs

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
In a Dutch oven heat some oil. Season all sides of the ribs with salt and pepper to taste. Sear each side of the ribs until a nice crust is formed 3-4mins each side! Remove and add 2T oil. Add the onions and cook for 4 mins. Add the garlic and Rosemary, cook for 1 min. Add the salt, pepper, Pinot, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and then add the ribs back in. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the ribs pull apart effortlessly! Enjoy!!View original recipe
