What you need
tbsp vegetable oil

red onion

garlic

cup cabernet sauvignon

rosemary

cup beef broth

tsp salt

tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
Season all sides of the meat generously with salt and pepper. Heat 1T of oil in the Dutch oven m, and add half the meat. Sear each side for 4-5 mins until nice and browned and then remove. Repeat for 2nd batch. Add 1T of oil and the onion, cooking for 5 minutes. Next add the garlic and wine, deglaze and bring to a simmer. In goes the Rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes then add the beef broth and the short ribs. Once they are simmering, cover and reduce heat. Cook for 3 hours or until pull apart tender!View original recipe
