Wow… To preface, I eat a lot of steak. Like a lot of steak. I usually like to stick to a basic salt and pepper rub and let the meat do the talking. This time I decided to switch it up and incorporate some bourbon, let’s just say I wasn’t disappointed

What you need

tsp ground black pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika

tsp salt

tsp light-brown sugar

tsp cumin powder

tsp chili powder
Instructions
Rub all sides of the meat with the seasoning mixture, rest for a few minutes, then baste with the bourbon before grilling. If you would like, baste again when done cooking during the resting period. Slice it up and enjoy!View original recipe
