Instructions
Peel your ginger and poke holes in your orange. In a pot (I always use Ninja!) add all of the ingredients minus the honey and bourbon. Bring to a simmer and partially cover for 10 minutes. Strain (somewhere smarter than the stove) the. Add bock to the pot squeeze out any orange juice let and stir in the honey. In your glass add the bourbon and fill up with the juice.
