2 egg nog

1 milk
1 oil

1 corn tortilla

1 mayo

1 chili sauce

1 white rice

2 mango

½ red onion

1 habanero chili

1 cilantro

0 Cut your fish into small rectangular strips (1/2" x 3-4") 5 If you are making rice, start it now 1 Whisk the eggs and milk together 2 On a plate, mix together the bread crumbs and Cajun seasoning 3 Dip a piece of fish in the egg, bread crumbs, egg, and bread crumbs, then set aside. Repeat for all other pieces of fish 4 Heat your oil in a pan or pot, add half the fish, cook until golden brown and cooked through 6 In the meantime, prep the mango salsa 7 For the Chili Sauce, mix together mayo and your favorite chili sauce 8 Grill or heat the corn tortillas 9 Build.
