Sunday Brunch is one of my favorite meals. And sometimes nothing beats a classic skillet! A classic breakfast skillet with bacon, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onion, eggs, and cheese, seasoned to taste.

What you need

bunch green onion

onion

bacon

clove garlic

sweet potato

pinch salt & pepper

pinch seasoned salt
egg

jalapeno
potato
Instructions
Cook the bacon and remove it from the skillet. Add the diced potatoes and chopped onion to the bacon grease in the skillet. Halfway through cooking the potatoes and onion, add the jalapeño and minced garlic (if using). Once the potatoes and onions are almost cooked, make 4 holes in the mixture for the eggs. Crack the eggs into the holes. Add the cheddar cheese and green onion over the skillet. Continue cooking until eggs are set to your liking. Enjoy!View original recipe
