What you need

tbsp unsalted butter
lb sausage

tsp salt & pepper

cup shredded cheddar

hawaiian rolls
egg
Instructions
Cook the sausage and red pepper until browned. Add in the whisked eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the sliders to a baking sheet, pile on the eggs and shredded cheese.
