Butter Burgers

If those two words don’t get you excited, I don’t know what else will… I get it that everyone knows how to make a burger (hopefully) but these beauties take them to the next level. Save it, try it, tell me what you think!

What you need

tsp onion powder

lb ground beef

tbsp butter

tsp red pepper flake

slice cheddar cheese

onion

tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
Add the beef, 1/2 stick butter pieces, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire, and onion powder to a bowl. Mix thoroughly and then form 1/4lb balls. In a cast iron pan, add the sliced onion, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire, red pepper flakes, and 2 tablespoons butter. Add the pan with onions to the grill and caramelize the onions until soft and browned. Grease a separate cast iron skillet and cook the burger patties to your desired doneness. Add cheddar cheese slices to the burgers while they cook or immediately after. Toast your burger buns. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the toasted buns, topping with the caramelized onions, and serving immediately.View original recipe
