Cajun Butter Salmon

For all the salmon lovers out there, this one is a must try! Doesn’t get much easier to cook and is a wonderful flavor combo. I used Atlantic salmon for the cook and served with corn on the cob and potatoes!

What you need

tbsp honey

tbsp cajun seasoning
tbsp sweet cream butter

tsp salt & pepper

lb salmon
Instructions
For the butter: in a bowl, whip the soft butter for 1 minute. Then add the honey and Cajun seasoning and combine. For the salmon: rub with oil and season with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat your oil until smoking. Sear the salmon skin side up. Flip once golden brown. Spread on the Cajun butter and cook until desired temperature.View original recipe
