What you need

cup shrimp
cup heavy cream
tsp cajun seasoning

garlic

pinch salt
grated parmesan cheese

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

yellow onion

tsp light-brown sugar
pork sausage

tomato

black peppercorn

spaghetti pasta
Instructions
In a bowl add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and 1t Cajun seasoning. In a pan heat some oil, when hot add the shrimp cooking 2 mins per side. Remove. Add a little more oil and the sausage. Cook for 5 minutes until golden and remove. Boil pasta until 1-2 mins before Al dente. In the same pan as the shrimp, add the oil and onion. Cajun seasoning, brown sugar and sauté until soft. Add the garlic, tomatoes, chicken broth, and cream. Stir and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.owed the heat, add the grated Parmesan and combine.
