California Grilled Chicken

What you need

bunch fresh basil

fl oz balsamic vinegar

tsp garlic powder
oz mozzarella

chicken breast

cherry tomato

clove garlic clove

tsp pepper

lime

tsp paprika

tsp table salt

tbsp olive oil

tsp ground cumin
Instructions
For the marinade, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 juiced lime, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper to a bag. Add the chicken breasts to the bag, mix well, and marinate for 1.5 hours. Fire up the grill and cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness. After the first flip, add shredded mozzarella and the seasoned cherry tomatoes. To season the cherry tomatoes, toss them with a little oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Finish cooking the chicken until done. Top the grilled chicken with the seasoned tomatoes, sliced avocado, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!View original recipe
