What you need

hoisin sauce

skinless boneless chicken breast

raw cashews

mushroom mix
light-brown sugar

gluten free noodles

sesame oil
cornstarch

garlic

pinch salt

black peppercorn

broccoli
Instructions
Cut your chicken in pieces, add to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and starch. Tops and evenly coat. In a separate bowl add the soy sauce, chicken broth, hoisin, garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil. Whisk and set aside. In your pan, some oil and cook the veggies until soft, then remove. Add more oil and cook the chicken until golden brown and crispy. Add back the veggies and the sauce. As it starts to thicken, add the cashews. Remove from heat when done to your liking! Enjoy!!View original recipe
