What you need

tsp salt & pepper

oz shredded cheese

green chile

tsp ground cumin

cup rice

cup chicken broth
cup salsa

tsp oregano

tortilla

tbsp flour

lb cooked chicken

cup heavy cream

tbsp unsalted butter

clove garlic clove

tsp cumin
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). For the burritos: In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, salsa, 1.5 teaspoons cumin, 0.5 teaspoon oregano, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Load a tortilla with the mixture, roll it up, and baste the outside with oil. Bake the burritos for 20-25 minutes. For the cheese sauce: Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook the minced garlic for about a minute. Mix in the flour and cook until it turns golden. Slowly stir in the chicken broth and add 0.5 teaspoon cumin, 0.5 teaspoon oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the green chiles, additional shredded cheese, and heavy cream (or sour cream). Cook until hot and the sauce thickens. Once the burritos are golden and the sauce is hot, serve and enjoy!View original recipe
