Chicken Carnita Tacos!

Any excuse I can get to make tacos I take! Idk why, but they are just one of my absolute favorite foods. These ones paired with the avocado crema are a killer combo!

What you need

oz shredded cheese

corn tortilla

tsp ground cumin
tbsp vegetable oil
tsp dried oregano

tsp paprika

tbsp lime juice

clove garlic clove

tsp pepper

lb chicken thigh

jalapeno pepper
lime

avocado

orange
Instructions
For the Chicken: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (except the cheese and tortillas) and marinate for at least 4 hours. Add the chicken to a greased baking dish and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Shred the meat. For the Tacos: Line a pan with the tortillas, grease, flip and warm them for 2-3 minutes. Load on some cheese, shredded chicken, and more cheese. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. Top with crema and your favorite toppings. For the Avocado Crema: Blend 2 Avocados, 1 Clove Garlic, 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice, and Salt to taste until smooth. Enjoy!View original recipe
