What you need
1 oil

1 sesame oil

1 onion

4 baby carrots

1 peas

3 egg nog

1 soy sauce

1 cooked rice

1 salt & pepper

0 Chop your chicken into small pieces. In a wok, add the oil and chicken. Season with salt and pepper and cook through, then remove 1 Start cooking your rice in a separate pot 2 Add the sesame oil to the wok along with the onion and carrots. Once soft add in the peas (optional). 3 Add the chicken back in and then push the mixture to one half of the pan 4 Crack your eggs and scramble them in the wok.
