Chicken Noodle Soup (The All-Time Favorite)

What you need

clove garlic clove
tsp dried italian seasoning

celery stalk

bay leaves

tsp paprika

carrot

tsp salt & pepper

tbsp butter

tsp red pepper flake

cup chicken broth

noodles

lb chicken thigh
tbsp oil
Instructions
1 Season the chicken with salt and pepper. 2 Add oil to a soup pot and add the chicken. 3 Brown both sides of the chicken for 2 minutes and remove. 4 While that cooks, slice the carrots, celery, and onion, and mince the garlic. 5 Add the butter and cook the veggies. 6 After about 5 minutes, add the garlic. 7 1 minute more and stir in the seasonings. 8 Pour in the broth, add back the chicken and bay leaves, cover, and simmer for a few hours. 9 As you near dinner time, boil your favorite pasta til al dente! 10 Shred the chicken, add it back, and season with salt and pepper as needed.
