Chicken Parmesan Gnocchi!

What you need

tsp salt & pepper

bunch fresh basil

cup plain flour
chicken breast
tbsp vegetable oil

cup shredded mozzarella

cup bread crumbs

fl oz marinara sauce
egg

tbsp butter

cup chicken broth
Instructions
Thinly slice the chicken breast in half and pound even thinner. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, coat in bread crumbs (mixed with S&P). In a pan, heat 3T Butter and 2T oil. Cook until golden and then Clean out the pan. Slice and dice the chicken. Add 1T Butter, 1T oil to the pan, and the gnocchi. After 4-5 minutes (when golden) add the chicken broth. Cook for 5 more the. Add marinara to your presence. Mix in the cheese, top with basil, and eat.View original recipe
