Chicken Stir Fry w/ Noodles

We usually eat our stir fry with rice and save noodles for a different dish in the week. This means I was excited to give this recipe a go (and the kids were too!) Super easy, and perfect for a weeknight dish.

What you need

hoisin sauce

soy sauce

oz cooked noodles

lb carrot

pretzel bites

sriracha

ginger

lb chicken

water

rice

rice vinegar

lb pasta

garlic

green onion
Instructions
In one bowl, add the chicken and 1T soy, combine and set aside. In another, beat two eggs. In a third, combine the remaining soy, garlic, hoisin, ginger, rice vinegar, and green onion. Cook you noodles til Al dente, heat 1T oil in a wok and cook the chicken, remove. Heat another 1T Oil and cook the chopped veggies. When done, add back the chicken and half the sauce. Cook for 2 mins then In goes the noodles and sriracha. Remove the heat and toss in the eggs (careful not to over cook). Top with sesame seeds! Enjoy!View original recipe
