Chicken Stroganoff - an absolute must try!

It is tough to crack into my top 10 list, but this one has done it… so dang good. The kids didn’t even realize there were mushrooms and just devoured the meal!

What you need
oz mushrooms

lb ground chicken

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp red pepper flake

cup water

oz pasta

tbsp tomato paste

tsp paprika

tsp chicken bouillon

tsp pepper

onion

cup sour cream

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp plain flour

tsp salt & pepper
Instructions
Melt the butter and add the sliced onion and shrooms. Season with S&P and add the Worcestershire. If you would like, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes. After about 5 minutes, add the ground chicken and a little more S&P. Cook through and then mix in the tomato paste. Combine the sauce ingredients (Water, Sour Cream, Flour, Chicken Bouillon, Paprika, Salt, Pepper) and stir in. Simmer on low for about 20-30 minutes. Cook the pasta till Al dente.
