Chicken Taquitos - the perfect easy, summer meal!

What you need

cup sour cream

tsp salt & pepper

cup shredded chicken

tortilla

tsp ground cumin

cup shredded cheese
cup salsa

oz cream cheese

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (shredded chicken, cream cheese, salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper) in a bowl. Heat your tortillas until pliable. Add about 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture into each tortilla and roll it tightly. Place the rolled taquitos onto a greased pan, lightly baste them with oil, and bake at 425°F until golden.View original recipe
